On HSMC Founders’ Day (16 March), BTB students took on different responsibilities. Alina Man (Year 3) acted as one of the masters of ceremonies whereas Bella Chow and Janis Or (both Year 4) performed simultaneous interpreting for the President Forum. As competent communicators in both Chinese and English, BTB students often bring their strengths into play in College-wide events to gain real-world experience.

Two out of three major scholarships went to our students. Vanessa Leung (Year 1) was awarded the Entrance Scholarship (Scheme 1), whose receiver must obtain at least 23 points in the best five subjects in the HKDSEE. Our graduate Carmen Chung was awarded the President’s Scholarship, which is conferred to one graduate who has obtained a minimum of 3.3 in cGPA and scored outstanding achievements in all-round personal development and community services.
