Information Session for MA in Translation (Business and Legal) Programme (MATBL)

The second Information Session for MA in Translation (Business and Legal) Programme was held on 18 Mar 2017, following the first session held on 18 Feb 2017. Dr Elvis Lee, Programme Director, gave a comprehensive programme introduction, followed by a mini lecture titled “Translation Industry in Chinese Communities” delivered by Prof Sin King Kui, Adjunct Professor and Special Consultant of the School. Participants then joined a guided tour to Fung Yiu King Hall which houses interpreting facilities of the United Nations (UN) conference standards and a Translation and Interpretation Laboratory. They also have a trial use of the interpreting facilities.
